Accessible Housing

Investigate all relevant options and implement policies to ensure safe and accessible accommodation for residents across the entire Shire.

Community

Mental health is a major issue in the Shire, which has been exacerbated by the ongoing toll of COVID-19 on our community.

Environment

The escalating effects of climate change are of paramount importance. Byron Shire is suffering, and what has Byron Shire Council done to reduce emissions? The answer is very little.

Experienced Leadership

Tourism is the major driver of the local economy, with Byron the second most popular destination in Australia.

Infrastructure

Road infrastructure and maintenance is beyond appalling across our entire Byron Shire. There has been scarce future proofing of our Local Government Area.

Transport Connectivity

Everyone knows that regular and accessible transport across Byron Shire currently does not exist and is one of the major causes of aggravation to those living or visiting the Shire.
